| UK DELIVERY UPDATE JAN 2021We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for all our UK shipments. Orders under £50 are sent untracked and hence it is not possible to see their location once they have left us. The 'tracking' only updates once the package is scanned on the doorstep at the time of delivery. Orders over £50 are sent via Tracked 24. The tracking will show the location of the item in it's journey to you. It is NOT a guaranteed 24 hour delivery Due to the increased volume of Christmas Post and staff shortages caused by Covid, THERE ARE SEVERE DELAYS IN ROYAL MAIL'S NETWORK. Your package will very likely take MUCH LONGER to be delivered. ROYAL MAIL are advising of delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks in some areas. Royal Mail will not consider the package lost until at least 28 days from despatch and hence we will not be able to re-send your package free of charge until this time has elapsed. EXPRESS UK DELIVERY - (COURIER TRACKED) If you need your package within a certain time frame then please select the 'Express Tracked Courier Service'. This is NOT sent via Royal Mail. Instead, we use a range of other couriers depending on destination. Express service packages will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days. IRELAND DELIVERY UPDATE JAN 2021 With the exit of the UK from the EU, delivery costs to Ireland have significantly increased. It is unfortunately no longer viable to offer free delivery to Ireland.
