Eyecare Partners operations during the Covid-19 pandemic
As many of our customers who have previously spoken to us already know, we are a small family run business with an eyecare background.
Our associated clinics are closed, but we have taken the decision to keep our online shop open in order to continue to supply essential items to those who can no longer access our clinics or their own eyecare providers.
We have put in place enhanced measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees including:
We are continuing to process and fulfil orders without any significant delay on most lines.
Some of our suppliers have closed and stocks are running low on certain lines. On those lines, our usual muti-buy discounts have been removed temporarily.
We have sought alternative suppliers for some products that are no longer available from our regular suppliers. The prices on those lines have had to be increased temporarily as we are buying them in at a higher price.
May 2020 - Delivery Update
THERE ARE DELIVERY DELAYS IN BOTH UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Most couriers are SEVERELY impacted by coronavirus.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for all our UK shipments.
Normally orders are delivered within 1 - 2 working days BUT currently, deliveries are taking three to four weeks in some areas due to staff shortages at Royal Mail. See below for Royal Mail updates:
PLEASE ALLOW 2- 4 WEEKS FOR STANDARD UK DELIVERY or select 'Next Working Day Delivery' at checkout to guarantee items are delivered within a certain time frame.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Royal Mail are still offering a guaranteed next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Items are guaranteed to be delivered by 9pm the next working day (on orders received by us by 4pm).
Please select this option at checkout if you require your items by a particular date.
Next day delivery costs £8 to most areas in the UK (please contact us for charges & delivery times to Highlands and other remote areas).
Next day delivery is not available for International destinations.
Royal Mail have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers. In cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, the courier will leave the item at the door, and will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel.
